Channel Studio terms of service

1. About Channel Studio

Channel Studio is a private publishing tool operated by Danio LLC, the company of Chaudhary Asghar Ali. It runs on the owner's own computer and is not offered to the public. Only its owner uses it, and only with YouTube channels and Facebook Pages owned by Danio LLC and Chaudhary Asghar Ali.

2. YouTube Terms of Service

Channel Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using Channel Studio, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Facebook

Publishing to Facebook Pages is also subject to Meta's Terms of Service.

4. Acceptable use

Channel Studio is used only to publish the owner's own videos to the owner's own channels and Pages, in line with YouTube's Community Guidelines and policies. Uploads are declared as altered or synthetic content, and videos made for children are marked as made for kids.

5. Your data

Channel Studio handles data as described in the Channel Studio privacy policy. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and Channel Studio then deletes its stored tokens.

6. No warranty

Channel Studio is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It is a private tool and comes with no service level or support commitment.

7. Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.
